Ms. Hemali Bendre
It all started with wanting to be a chef. I met new people, made new friends. All the faculty and my friends inspired me to learn and guided me on how to move ahead and grow in life in all aspects. I ended up developing an interest for beverages and so moved ahead to learn about the same. The college motivated me to participate in competitions and also gave me the opportunity to head events in the academic years. What mattered to me was having fun while learning at the same time. I grabbed the best out of whatever I got. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Rajashree for our research paper titled “The Study of Bartending as a career option for females in Pune and Mumbai ” which got published in the Atithya journal. I had a memorable experience at The Auro University national competition held in Gujarat. It was a big deal to participate. I got to experience competition and in a way came to know about other regions of India and their hotel management colleges. I had the best time heading atithya 2019 for beverages as there was a lot to work upon and create. It was a pleasure being in the library committee and making sure everyone is submitting their assignments. Everything made sense when it came to interviews. I’m honoured to be a part of Aissmschmct family. Thank you
